The Shot Heard Around the World 5K
April 19 @ 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
On April 19th, 1775, a shot was fired that began the American Revolutionary War. Join us in honoring our country’s 250 years of freedom by partaking in the earliest form of travel. On foot, you can walk or run along side the historic Ohio Canal. Dust off that old tricorn hat and take the liberty to dress colonial style or embellish yourself as patriotic as you wish. You may earn a prize! Race proceeds to benefit Village of Hebron Community Enhancement Fund.
Both the 5K and 1 Mile are chip-timed events. All participants will received a beautiful Gorget-style medal.
