The Space Force T-Minus 10-Miler is an annual endurance event set to lift off on the second Saturday of December at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. This second annual event commemorates the 4th anniversary of the founding of the United States Space Force. Race weekend features a 10 mile race, packet pick-up, and finish line festival.
Participants may choose to complete their 10 mile race solo or with their own Space Crew. Space Crew teams are made up of 6 crew members that each run 10 miles to collectively reach the edge of outer space together (outer space is roughly 60 miles away)! The featured rocket for the 2nd Annual Space Force T-Minus 10-Miler is the XSM-64 Navaho! The XSM-64 Navaho missile was built as a proof-of-concept testbed for a proposed supersonic intercontinental cruise missile. The XSM-64 located at the South Gate to Cape Canaveral Space Force Station is the only Navaho left in existence. The featured rocket will be portrayed on the official race shirts, finisher medals, commemorative patches, and more!
