Run for Theron

Run for Theron is part of the Thrive for Theron 501(c)(3) which has been established in memory of Theron Rogerson, to shine a light on suicide awareness and shine hope on suicide prevention.
This endeavor was not chosen, but thrust upon us on May 13th, 2022, when Theron lost hope and lost how to thrive.
Our mission is to save lives from the scourge of suicide.
Our vision is to create and support outreach programs that provide armor for those at risk and provide tools for those who join our fight.
Our goal is to keep Theron’s light shining by touching and saving lives

Annual 5K/1M Run for Theron
Outreach into our local schools
Outreach programs in our local community
Annual Theron Rogerson Scholarship at Granville High School
Speakers and events at our schools to address suicide
Annual workout T-shirt for the Track and CC teams at MVNU – in honor of Theron
Support of local suicide prevention/mental health agencies
