Lung cancer remains one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths and often shows little to no warning until it has progressed\, making awareness and education lifesaving. \n\n\n\nAt the event\, we will provide critical information about lung cancer risks\, warning signs\, screening\, and information on support resources for patients and families. All proceeds from the Breathe Strong 5K will directly support lung cancer research and family support groups through a donation to the Blue Beautiful Skies Fund for Lung Cancer research at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center- The James. Donations help fund breakthroughs\, offer hope\, and remind everyone that they don’t face this disease alone. Together\, we walk to remember\, to educate\, and to help every breath count.
