SUMMARY:Kentucky Open Road Racing #1
DESCRIPTION:Every race in the series will be hosted by Turtleback Ridge Brewery on their family farm at 6769 Mt Pleasant Rd Ewing\, KY. \n\n\n\nThe start and finish line will always be in the same place\, on the pavement at the edge of the entrance to the brewery. As a racer it is important that you arrive early to check in and be prepared for riders meeting at 9:45 am. The race will begin at 10 am and all riders are expected to be in staging at that time as the waves go out in short intervals. We can not delay the race for you. \n\n\n\nThe race is hosted on a family farm and the majority of parking is in grass fields. If there is a lot of rain we will do our best to accommodate you.  The driveway to the tap room\, race start\, etc is gravel. Prepare accordingly. We will be using the farm house at the start/finish area for morning check in. In memory of Rob Cohen\, an avid Abraham Lincoln historian\, old time radio show fan. Rob passed away at the age of 63 to Pancreatic Cancer. The Rob Cohen Memorial 5K walk will raise money to go towards Pancreatic Cancer Research and Zusman Hospice who took care of him at the end of his life.
