SUMMARY:Run with the Pack for Pets Without Parents Animal Shelter
DESCRIPTION:  \nRun With The Pack is a 5K run/walk with timing chip or 1 mile fun run to benefit Pets Without Parents\, a no-kill\, non-profit\, all breed\, dog and cat rescue in Columbus\, Ohio. \nSince our first run in 2007\, Run With The Pack has served as the biggest fundraiser of the year for Pets Without Parents Animal Shelter. Pets Without Parents is an all-breed\, no-kill\, non-profit shelter for dogs and cats located in the Clintonville area of Columbus\, Ohio. Adoptions fees only cover ~31% of the total cost of care for our pets. We rely on fundraisers like these to make our rescue efforts possible! \nCome and see what everyone has been barking about! There will be vendors\, food\, music\, prizes and other give-a-ways\, adoptable dogs from Pets Without Parents\, and lots of lots of fun for a very special cause! The first 250 registrants before June 1st\, 2018 will receive a Run With The Pack T-shirt! \nProceeds from this fundraiser directly benefit pets looking for homes at Pets Without Parents Columbus. Race with us\, rescue with us! \nWe are dog lovers too! All friendly\, well-mannered dogs that are spayed/neutered and fully vaccinated can attend. All dogs must be on a non-retractable leash. The PCF will lead private fund raising efforts for projects that will positively impact Prairie Township and its surrounding neighbors. The first major project the Prairie Community Foundation will take on is raising money to build an artificial turf field that will be designed specifically for individuals with special needs.
