When you think of the GAME DAY 5K race\, think of it as a spring pep rally to help raise funds for new jerseys. The 5K race and 1 mile walk will start at St Charles\, wind through north Bexley and finish at St Charles. DESCRIPTION:This is the 9th Annual Thanksgiving Wattle 5K Run/Walk in Grove City\, Ohio. We are calling this year’s event a HYBRID Event. This means we will offer an in-person option and a virtual option for the 5K and the 12 Mile Rotisserie Roll Bike Ride. (We will be offering an in-person run only for the Primrose Children’s Run.) The in-person events are scheduled for Thanksgiving Day Morning\, November 26\, 2020. The Virtual Options can be done anytime from November 25th-November 26th. This encompassing approach of academic testing\, tutoring\, therapy\, advocacy\, and enrichment fosters the success and well-being of the child\, critically reducing family stresses and ultimately keeping today’s Navy SEAL in the fight.  SEALKIDS is the only organization in the world solely focused on helping the children of Navy SEALs. Garfield’s cabin and birth site to the rolling hills of the 142-acre Forest Ridge Preserve to sections of the Cleveland Metroparks South Chagrin Reservation\, all offering great opportunities to explore the outdoors. \nTo assist the Village with park maintenance\, improvement and expansion\, the Moreland Hills Parks Commission invites you to join our fundraising efforts by participating in our first annual “Head For The Hills!” virtual run/hike event. DESCRIPTION:  \nMondays are made for marathons.  Whether it is in April\, on Patriot’s Day\, or now in September on Labor Day. Let’s celebrate this Monday off work with running 26.2 miles.  While you may or may not be running the Boston Virtual Marathon\, we will be holding an in person timed option right here in Columbus. Come make your virtual race feel more real\, and get an official chip time. Or come out and make this Marathon Monday your goal! \nAll runners will receive a bib and chip timed results on a USATF certified course – starting down on Front Street – near Scioto Audubon Park\, and runs up the trail to Riverside Rd.  Course is 6.55miles\, out and back for a half\, or out and back twice for a full marathon. \nWe won’t have aid along the route. But\, we will have a few tables at the start and turnaround point where you can drop your own nutrition. \nWe will have 3 start windows\, each limited to 35 runners. SUMMARY:Delaware Farm Mudder
DESCRIPTION:We are having the 2020 Farm Mudder. But things will look different. Due to a variety of factors\, this\nyear’s Farm Mudder will be more of a trail run\, and less of a mud run. There will still be some obstacles\nbut it will look different than year’s past. And because of this\, we are cutting the price from $50 to $25.\nThe race will be a 5k distance event.\n(the distances won’t be exact\, but they will be close).\nOur goal is to provide a race for the running community\, and to raise some money for Harvest Hills\nMinistries (and through them\, Timbernook camps).\nWe are taking COVID-19 seriously\, so we are going to be implementing some guidelines\, and through\nthese changes\, we believe that our race will not be much different than if you were to go on a run at a\nlocal park.\nWe will have small heats (limited to 25 people per heat) every 15 minutes. We ask that you sign up with\nyour family/friends that you are comfortable being around with. And even with our heats we will space\npeople out. For example\, if the 8:30am heat has 25 people\, made up of 5 different family/friend groups\,\nthen we will let each family/friend group go and give some space between each.\nOther modifications: \nPacket Pickup will be on Friday September 4 th (4pm-8pm)\n– Keep an eye out for an email for this\, once you’ve registered\, but everything will be\nbagged and ready for you when you arrive \nAll of our volunteers will have facemasks on\, and we will have more marking on the course and\nless volunteers just to limit the amount of people on the course at the same time \nWe will have hand sanitizing stations spread out on the course \nOur water stops will be self-serve\, with small water bottles \nWe ask that you wear a face mask up to the start (you can take it off when you run). Runners will log their miles on Strava between June 1\, 2020\, and August 9\, 2020\, after which time\, all runners that complete over 200 miles will have their name added to the back of the t-shirt.  The question isn’t will you challenge yourself\, but how far will you push your limits. DESCRIPTION:We love virtual events. But\, there’s so much we miss about racing… \nThe course… \nThe timing… \nThe competition… \nThe team… \nHere’s our take on a race challenge that will allow you and your team to compete for Citywide bragging rights. \nTHE RACE\nRace in person on a set course\, get true timed results\, all while meeting social distancing guidelines. \nThe race is $100.00 per team (4 runners @ $25/each). You must register all 4 people at the same time. Everyone must be in the same race (mens/women/coed)\, and you must put everyone on the same team. \nWhen you register for the race you will select a time slot. During that time slot your team will be the only 4 people on race site. Your team will rotate through a 1 mile loop course\, each person takes a turn\, then another\, then another\, then another.  Completing as many laps as they can during the 2 hour window.  You will run with a track baton that contains an timing chip.  Your laps will be counted electronically\, and results will be updated as each team finishes.  We will even capture finisher photos for each member of each team!! \nRace will be scored as men’s teams\, women’s teams\, and co-ed teams (2 men\, 2 women).
