Can’t STOP Won’t STOP Running. We are back for the winter with some new ideas and options – that we’re sure you’re going to love.
An opportunity for you to hone your skills, get into your best shape, and be ready to race in the Spring. We have partnered with Summit Multisport, and their run coaches, to create 12 week plans to get everyone in the CSWS Running Winter Mile Club fit and ready for an early season Half Marathon, or Full Marathon Race.
Through this new partnership we will not only give you an encouraging platform to track and share your cold winter miles, we will provide training plans, have coaching tips, layout a schedule for you to train.
This Winter we will even have options to really enhance your winter training.
Custom Tailoring the stock training plan to fit your pace, your mileage, your personal needs.
Inclusion of an early season lactate threshold test (Feel like an Elite!) to best determine how fast/hard you should be completing each workout.
Add a body composition tests to the beginning and end of the program to measure your progress.
You can even include a real in-person race to your registration!! (locations in Cincinnati and Columbus).
