DESCRIPTION:  \nCapes and Crowns offers something for everyone. Whether you are an avid runner in need of your weekend 5k or a family that wants to get out on a beautiful spring morning to support our A Kid Again program\, this is the perfect event! All proceeds benefit A Kid Again of Central Ohio\, where we provide year-round\, fun-filled family Adventures for families who are raising children with a life-threatening illness. \nIMPORTANT UPDATE:  \nAs we plan for the weeks and months ahead\, the health and safety of our families\, donors\, and partners is of the utmost importance\, so after careful consideration\, we have decided to move our Capes & Crowns 5k to a Virtual Race! \nWhat does this mean? This means that we are encouraging everyone to sign up to run their own 5k and participate in fundraising for A Kid Again. You can fundraise yourself or make a team to raise funds together. Your team could be family\, friends\, neighbors\, or co-workers\, all raising funds – virtually – together! \nWe encourage you to go all out with our theme! Dress in your best superhero\, princess\, comic book character\, or whatever ‘Capes & Crowns’ means to you\, costume.  We ask that you follow our Facebook page for continuous information and inspiration\, and tag and share the photos from your run!
