All race proceeds will go to support the LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA Cancer Survivor Exercise Program. \n\n\n\nEach participant receives a short sleeve race shirt. You must sign up by April 13th to guarantee a race shirt.*Any left over shirts will be sold race day\, cash only\, on a first come first serve basis. \n\n\n\nLIVESTRONG® at the YMCA\, a Cancer Survivor Exercise ProgramThe Great Miami Valley YMCA is committed to supporting the health and well-being of our community. Through LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA\, a FREE 12-week research-based program\, the YMCA supports cancer survivors and their families in regaining their physical\, emotional and spiritual strength. This health and wellness exercise program is conducted in a small group setting that includes the ability to share and connect with other participants.LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is an important piece of the Y’s mission to promote healthy living for those who have or have had a chronic disease like cancer.
