DESCRIPTION:Join us Thursday\, October 3\, 2019 at Glacier Ridge Metro Park to run\, walk\, wheelchair\, and support Dublin Special Olympics! \nThe Dublin SOAR (Special Olympics Annual Run) 5k and 1-Mile Run/Walk is a fundraiser that benefits Dublin Special Olympics (DSO). The DSO’s mission is to offer year-round high quality sports training and competitions for Dublin athletes with developmental disabilities in a safe and supportive environment\, at no cost to the athlete\, involving the Dublin community in public awareness\, fundraising\, and volunteering\, to ensure a community-supported Dublin Special Olympics Program.\n​\nAll proceeds from SOAR will go directly to Dublin Special Olympics and provide sport opportunities for all Dublin Special Olympics athletes throughout the year. \nThe first 300 registrants will receive a race shirt (please register by September 20th to ensure correct shirt size).
