SUMMARY:Run to Remember 5k
DESCRIPTION:Run to Remember 5k Run/Walk is dedicated to the first responders and the memory of those lost during 9/11. The race will conclude at Hilliard’s First Responders Park. This 5k race has been made possible by the Rotary Club of Hilliard\, with the partnership of Old Hilliard Fest. \nVowing that “we will never forget\,” the City of Hilliard has constructed one of the largest memorials in the country to pay tribute to first responders everywhere and to ensure the events of 9/11 are remembered forever. \n“We will never forget” is the theme that resonates with so many Americans as the great sacrifice of those who died in the shadow of the Twin Towers\, the Pentagon\, and a field in Pennsylvania. \nhttp://www.hilliardohio.gov/play/park-locations/first-responders-park  \nAfter finishing the race\, runners will receive a flower in remembrance of 9/11 and will be able to place the flower at the base of the First Responders Memorial. Patriotic music will set the theme of remembering those who lost their lives on 9/11. \nConcluding the race\, all participants are invited to enjoy Old Hilliardfest. DESCRIPTION:  \nCollege Hill Community Urban Development Corporation is proud to host the 16th Annual Blues and Brews 5k and a special after-party\, Taste of College Hill. Race along tree-lined streets and past historic homes in beautiful College Hill. After the race\, join us for brews\, food\, and music at the Taste of College Hill.
