The OTOA 5K is a conference-adjacent charitable event, supporting the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Ohio, designed to promote professionalism in policing through physical preparedness, strengthen community partnerships, and enhance engagement with conference vendors.

6:30-7:45am: Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup Begins
8:00am: Opening Ceremony & Ceremonial Torch Run
8:10am: Kids Fun Run
8:30am: OTOA 5K Start
