Team Phillip Foundation was created to celebrate and honor Phillip House IV, who has forever changed the lives of everyone who knew him. Our mission is to share hope and joy with differently-abled children and their families through events, resources, and support.
Your support has helped us accomplish a great deal since our inceptions a year and a half ago:
• We have sponsored The Angels since 2022, a team which is part of Miracle League (an organization that offers baseball for children and adults with differing abilities.)
• We provided four $1000 scholarships to graduating seniors who served as buddies with Miracle League.
• We purchased and collected toys during Phillip’s birthday month for Ronald McDonald House, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Nationwide Close to Home Center, and Early Childhood Education Center (FCBDD.)
• We formed a new partnership with Technical Difficulties, the philanthropic project of the Reynoldsburg High School Robotics Team. We purchased electronic toys for them to modify to make the toys easier to use by children with limited hand mobility. We will then distribute the toys to clinics, centers, and individuals who need them.
• In partnership with Unity Presbyterian Church we assisted in modifying their Easter Egg Hunt making it accessible to children of all abilities. In addition,we worked together to fill and deliver 40 Easter Baskets to children staying at the Ronald McDonald House.
• We raised $1500 for the Autism Society of Central Ohio
• We also donated both money and time to A Kid Again (an organization that serves children with life-threatening or chronic illness.)
